Each meal comprises of protein, vegetables and fruits with no addition of sugar, preservatives or any processed food. The dressing of each meal is Freshly Squeezed Lemon and Olive Oil on the side. The nutrition facts numbers have been calculated without the Olive Oil. The meals may contain allergens or nut particles. So, please be mindful and read the ingredients before making the order. Aliz Meals is not responsible for allergy consequences for the ingredients in the meals.
You can order each meal either once or choose to order multiple meals. Deliveries will be on Mondays and Fridays of each week. Any order that has been made on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday prior to 11:00 AM, will be delivered on Monday between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM. And any order that has been made on Monday after 11:00 AM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before 11:00 AM will be delivered on Friday between 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
